This role involves driving project approvals from design to construction by managing the permitting workflow for over 145 active construction and engineering projects. You will coordinate with municipal authorities, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant approvals, thriving in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Support planning, sustainability, environmental, and engineering efforts from project conception through construction. Oversee design document consistency and compliance, advise on environmental strategy, and ensure regulatory adherence. Collaborate with Construction and Rail Operations on system policies, station design, and alignments.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strong communicator to serve as the In-House Project Coordinator for our commercial construction (flooring) projects. This is a critical support role, acting as an assistant to our field-based Project Managers. Your primary focus will be on administrative support, internal and external communication, material ordering, and project documentation, ensuring smooth, daily operations and keeping clients and internal teams up to date.
